LOCAL PICKUP


In-store pick up is available Monday – Saturday 11am- 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer curbside for pickup please call or email the store to make arrangements.

Free delivery (Thursdays only) on orders $75 or more within the city of Vista.
$10 flat rate applies to orders under $75
All orders within the delivery zone will be delivered later afternoon/ early evening.
We deliver to one address per order.

Orders generally ship within 48 hours (Monday- Friday) using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Standard delivery is 1-3 days.

Flat rate shipping applies to orders under $75 or over 70lbs.

RETURN POLICY

We only offer store credit for returns. Items purchased from moonrycollective.com are eligible for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of your order, all sales after 15 days are final.

All beauty products are a final sale unless unused and unopened. All stickers must be intact and the package in good shape. If there are any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to five to seven business days for a refund. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in refund of original order. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

Please contact us with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued via email within 24 business hours. 
Items returned without a RA number will not be accepted. 
Please locate your order number on either your order confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment. 
You have 10 days from the receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization.

DELIVERY OF STORE CREDIT

If shipping your return, you will receive a gift card via mail within 5 business days of the delivery to our store, once it has been processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total.
